Order and quote request information
When you submit an order or quote request, we collect the business name and contact details you provide, selected products and quantities, fulfillment preference, delivery address when provided, and any notes you include. USTO HABIB SAMARKANDI INC uses these details to review and fulfill your request and maintain order, invoice and payment records. Authorized staff can access the information needed to process your order.
Telegram identity and notifications
When you open the Mini App through Telegram, Telegram provides signed information including your user ID, display name and language when available. We use it to authenticate you, link your orders to your account and apply staff permissions where configured. Your Telegram user ID links your order history and lets the bot send order updates and invoices to your private chat. Telegram also processes this information to provide its service. Messages typed into the bot chat are not forwarded to staff; use the listed contact details for personal help.
Storage and service providers
Vercel hosts the website, Mini App and API. Neon Postgres stores orders, inventory, accounting and audit records; Neon private storage holds invoice PDFs and recovery archives. A Neon background worker archives PDFs and retries Telegram notifications. Historical ERP data is retained in recovery archives; it is not the active ordering system. These providers process information to operate the store and its records. The ordering forms do not request or store payment card details.
Basket and saved products
Your browser stores your basket and saved product selections on your device so they remain available as you browse. You can remove them from the website or clear this site's data in your browser settings.
Sign-in, language preference and checkout draft
The Mini App uses a signed session to keep you authenticated. If you choose to remember your checkout details, your name, business, email, phone, address and delivery choice are saved on this device for future orders. Use “Forget saved details” at checkout to remove them. The Mini App fills these details from your own most recent order. Please check and confirm them each time. A cookie remembers your selected language for up to one year from your latest visit. Your browser temporarily saves checkout contact details, address, notes, delivery or pickup choice, and request status for this tab's session so you can reload or change languages without losing progress. The checkout draft is cleared after a successful submission; the request receipt remains for the tab's session. You can clear this site's browser data to remove the language preference and temporary checkout data.
Security and operational logs
Hosting services may process technical request information for security and operation. The ordering service uses a non-reversible identifier derived from the network address to limit repeated submissions. Do not include payment details or sensitive personal information in the notes field.
